- Professional Installation Required Disclaimer
- All items offered on this website including but not limited to Gate Operators, Accessories & Access Control Equipment must be installed by experienced and qualified technical personnel. Securitech International, Inc. is not responsible for personal or property damages due to improper installations. Warranty does not cover any damages caused by improper use or improper installation.
- Return Policy
- All returns require authorization. Used items may not be returned unless defective. All warranty issues and repairs are handled by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for paying one-way freight for any item that is under warranty and freight BOTH WAYS for any item that is OUT OF WARRANTY or REPAIRED. All returns are subject to a restocking fee (amount varies based on manufacturer). Total charges are final only after manufacturer's inspection. If defective items are not returned within 10 days customer will be BILLED IN FULL for advance replacement parts. If it is determined by the factory that the item is out of warranty or the damage incurred is not covered by the warranty customer will be BILLED IN FULL for either the cost of the repair or the advance replacement part. Damages due to weather, terrorism or acts of god are also not covered by warranty. Please see the Technical Support page for required forms and additional information.
- Payment Options
- We accept payment by credit card, check, money order or COD. Credit card payments are NOT processed at the time you submit your order. All orders are reviewed for accuracy and actual freight charges are determined prior to charging your credit card. Please make checks or money orders out to Securitech International, Inc. and mail to PO Box 320659, Cocoa Beach, FL 32932. Do NOT send your payment until you have received confirmation of your order total. COD payments are subject to a $10.00 service charge. If you have a Securitech line of credit your payment is subject to the terms of your credit agreement.
- Shipping
- Small orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Red, Blue, or 3-Day. Larger items are shipped by common carrier. Other shipping options are available and customers may pick up merchandise at our Orlando or Atlanta warehouses - please contact us for additional information. All freight charges are ESTIMATES ONLY. Actual freight will vary based on availability and location of product being shippped. Items shipped to a residential location may incur an additional fee. Customer is responsible for unloading the item (s) from the truck. In the event a customer refuses shipment after shipping from the factory, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the shipping location and a restocking fee.
- Sales Tax
- Orders shipped to Florida and Georgia are subject to state and local taxes. If you have added a new shipping address to your order, the sales tax reflected may not be accurate. All customers who are tax exempt must have a valid sales tax exemption certificate on file.
